■Introduction of Hourly Paid Leave
INNOTECH promotes and encourages that each employee maintains decent working hours and take paid leaves. As a part of such measures, the company has introduced the Hourly Paid Leave System, which allows its employees to consume paid leave on an hourly basis.
INNOTECH clearly states in the “INNOTECH Group Internal Code of Conduct and Ethics” to “respect each individual and to make sure that everybody is treated fairly”. Based on this philosophy, INNOTECH executes measures to respect fundamental human rights and to promote establishment of sustainable corporate culture.
INNOTECH works on a daily basis to improve and enhance employees’ awareness against various harassments by covering the subject at new employee training programs, training programs for management-level employees, in the company-internal newsletters and during the Communication Meeting.
Also, through employee surveys which are conducted periodically and the whistleblower system, it provides a scheme to resolve the matter promptly in case of any harassment.
At INNOTECH, the management team and the employee representative who is appointed among the employees exchange information regularly with respect to the way they work and the inputs which are made are reflected to the measures taken by the Human Resources Department and to the work-style reform.
